Refund policy

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We don’t accept any returns or exchanges on orders from MEA.  Please carefully review your measurements, details, and specifications before purchasing. If you have any queries, please contact us at care@harfun.me.

DAMAGES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged. We will raise a ticket and investigate the matter.

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Please note that the complete order needs to be canceled. We are unable to accept Partial order cancellation requests. Your entire order amount will be refunded after cancellation.

Cancel request Intimation: You can either send in your request from our Support page or Email Us at care@harfun.me before your order's dispatch. The details like Order number and Reason for cancellation should be mentioned clearly.

Gift cards will neither be refunded nor exchanged for a higher value.
