A) How do I return or exchange my item?
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges for orders shipped to the MEA region.
If you have any issues or need help with your order, please contact us at care@harfun.me with your order details. Our team will do their best to assist you.

Can I change the delivery address after the order has shipped?
Unfortunately, once an order is shipped, we’re unable to change the delivery address.
However, our delivery partner will attempt to reach you up to 3 times for delivery. You may request them (during the call) to redirect the package to a more convenient address if possible.

What should I do if I ordered the wrong size or colour?
If your order has already shipped, please email us immediately at care@harfun.me and refuse the delivery when it arrives.
Once the item is returned to us, we will process a refund according to our refund timelines.

How long does delivery take in the MEA region?
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.
You will receive tracking details via email once your order is shipped.
E) Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
All the prices on the website checkout are inclusive of duties and taxes. You will not be charged any additional amount at the time of delivery.
F) What payment methods do you accept in the MEA region?
We accept international credit/debit cards and PayPal. Cash on Delivery is not available for MEA orders.
G) What if I received a defective or wrong item?
We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please email us at care@harfun.me within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll assess the case and guide you through the next steps

Do you ship to all countries in the MEA region?
We currently ship to major countries in the Middle East and Africa.
